Living here is beyond a nightmare. My family has experienced management staff who are very rude, condocending, and unreceptive to problems with simple solutions. Management lied to & deceived us about many things such as the insulation between units (virtually no soundproofing), the accessibility of extra ammenities is poor, so called "convienient" office hours, and the list goes on. The build quality is absolutely atrocious. The fit and finish is non-existant, not a plum wall in the unit. The management claims this is a luxury apartment but cleaning has ceased since the winter has set in. The hallways are perma-dirty, garage has never been swept out, and a dumpster has been sitting in a parking stall for 2 months. Apartments are ultra drafty, and built too quickly. Poor insulation is causing major ice dams in a 1 year old building. Management condones one to spy on neighbors, and management has very poor snow and ice removal from walks and drives. Lighting for "gated community" is invasive and similar to having the sun shine in your window, even with the blinds pulled. And the worst part is leaving not knowing if you are going to come back to a burnt down building from electrical fires or squishy carpet from sprinkler system pipes bursting...only 5 more months of this.
