First off, the parking is horrible. They use "overflow" to draw people in and say that theres "plenty" of places to park...(About 3 blocks away from your home). When you make complaints, they want You to spy on people and write down all the complaints of other tennants. So they don't have to do their job. Trash in the hallways, beer bottles in the elevator, etc. Their "Security Gates" usually don't work, and all someone has to do to get in the lot is remember a code. Don't believe the hype of "Luxury" apartments.
