I've lived at Jefferson at Plymouth since the place first opened in 2003. The only reason I've stayed as long as I have is cause I'm lazy and saving for a house downpayment, and it's more of a hassle to move. The apt is crap...when I sleep, I can hear NORMAL conversations in my neighbors apt. Not screaming and fighting, but normal talking. I hear my neighbors upstairs constantly. Cheapest apt building I've ever seen. In the winter, cold air FLOWS in through the vent to the furnace. The gates are a joke!! The staff has recently turned over, but are still worthless. They think they're managing a luxury apt, when really it's just a glorified toolshed. The only nice thing is that you can have pets. However, if they ever bark, they'll drive your neighbors crazy and you'll most likely get eviction warnings.
