If youre looking for a place to live that offers poor construction, the cabinets and door hinges falling off numerous times throughout a year, backed up drains (smelling your apt & hallways), two deadbolts needing to be replaced in a year, mantel almost coming off the wall, unpreventable mold & (blue) spots in showers, able to hear the neighbors conversations, music, TV & the walls even shake sometimes due to parties, poor customer service, outrageous rent for such a small living space, the paint is the cheapest paint Ive ever seen, the security gates are a total joke and never seem to work, the parking spot is extremely narrow and you park directly in front of another tenants storage closet, Jefferson at Plymouth is for you if this is what your looking for in a home.
