Everyone else is right--the walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs and next door. Any time someone upstairs moves, all the ceiling fixtures (fans, lights, etc) shake and rattle. Management even lets a home-care company rent out several units, including one for an office, and these people take up all the parking spots and YELL up and down the halls and up to the balconies to each other. They may be working there, but to the rest of us, it's our home! Management is always unavailable and if you have a concern they act like you are wasting their precious time. One tenant repeatedly let their dog crap in the hallways and it would sit there for days before anyone cleaned it up.

Thank you for this review. The issue with the dog going in the hallway's is exactly the kind of thing that a prospective tenant wouldn't be able to see on a tour.
