...because this place will give it to you up the talepipe. Don't let the nice looking facade fool you. These apartments are going down hill fast.

I have had a number of problems with:

1. Noise.
Could hear neighbors in every room we were in when we first moved here. It is an apartment, so I expect a little noise, that is apartment living, but some of the crap my wife and I put up with was unbelievable. When we first moved in we had these punks who lived near us who partied until all hours of the night. Had no respect for others. I think they were asked to leave or moved out. Only to be replaced by....


2. The Neighbors from hell.
It made me long for the idiots who used to live near us. These people fought constantly and they had a bratty kid who can be seen tooling around the complex on his bike and mouthing off to anyone who passes by.

3.Theft.
There is nothing worse then having something stolen. But having something stolen on your birthday is the worst! I had my bike taken from the storage unit. Thugs clipped the high alloy lock and fencing right off of the storage unit. Went to tell management and they couldn't have cared less. I think they replied with something like..."how about that." Nice! Which leads me to my next complaint.

Man do I segue nice or what! I should have been in televison.

3. Thugs roaming around the grounds trying to get into buildings! I was coming home late from overtime work one evening last fall only to find some punk in the doorway.
He asked me if I could let him in.

"I said, oh....are you the guy who lives on the 4th floor'"

"Yah...yah...yah...dats me man!"

"Ummmm....we don't have a fourth floor in this building....nice try there slick."

He then got pissed because I would not let him in. Perhaps he was the moron who put the nail in my tire. I am surprised I was not shot or knifed. He just got into his hoopty and drove off with the gaggle of other thugs in his car.

Next item.

4. Speeding.
Does anyone know it is 5 mph in the parking lot' Apparently not. Pedestrians don't have a chance here either. They are walking targets. Forget about strolling around the grounds because most of the drivers in this complex do not know the law. Pedestians always, ALWAYS have the right of way.

5.Rent/Maint.
12% increase this year' Wow. For what' We were also supposed to have work done in our apartment and have yet to see that happen.

6. Building Construction
Man, did they do these on the cheap or what' I cannot believe how fast some of these builidings have fallen into disrepair.
Common areas are dirty and the gargage, recylcling and trash areas are a mess all of the time.

Sounds like you're blaming the property for things other people are doing. You were smart to not allow someone into the building, but how can the staff be expected to prevent anyone from trying to get into the place, 24/7? At least they have reduced the typical riff-raff with the gates into the community so people can't just drive through whenever they want to like you can everywhere else. You don't think every place has bad neighbors on occaision? Is the staff racing around the property endangering pedestrians? I don't think so...

imhome64, your comments on every negative complaint are pointless. This is the best review on here. Events in the community such as bike theft from a storage locker and punks trying to get into buildings ABSOLUTELY matter to people when they are looking for a place to live. Not only that but these apartments are possibly the most expensive rental apartments in 100 mile radius. Plymouth is nice and all but damn! even the 1 bedroom places here are over 1k a month!? this place better be a paradise for that price... and guess what... my idea of paradise doesnt include theft and hooligans. Please do us all a favor and never post here again.
