If you are a young partier then this place is for you. Try sleeping when you have a bunch of young drunks partying at the pool at 3 in the morning! Then you you bring it up to the staff and they act like they don't know anything about it. Not to mention that people from all over come in and out of our so called "gated community" and use our pool whenever they want, then just get in their car and drive off!!! This place was very nice about the first year we lived here. Things have gone down hill a bit, I think the place it being taken over by young college-age kids and what appears to be section 8! You may want to give it some thought before renting here.

Excuses Excuses!! They're apartments for heaven sakes, that kind of stuff will happen from time to time. And yes the staff does care, whenever I have a problem they will drop what they're doing to put a work order request in and by the next day the maintenance staff is all over it. I've lived in alot of places due to traveling and no place is completely perfect but they certainly do try their best!!

The reviewer is correct. There is a large growth in the number of section 8 around this area and it is really bringing the place down.

Thank you, that is true about the section 8. Also, by hiring cheap labor that is exactly what your going to get, and those roofers are taking their sweet old time finishing the job. It's been going on for months and there are black cables and cords still hanging down from the roof infront of our windows, not to mention the ripped screen we now have from them!
