I was on this site trying to get some info about a complex in Maplewood, then decided to read about Jefferson, as that is where I used to live. First of all, Jefferson is a VERY nice place to live. Obviously, any comminuty is going to have complaints here and there, but some of the things on this site are ridiculous! It has been my experience that the staff at Jefferson help as soon as they are aware of any issues. I lived there for over a year, and only once did I have an issue with noise from my neighbors. I called the office, they called my neighbors, and the problem was solved. Additionaly, someone from the office called me afterwards to make sure the noise had stopped. I appreciated that! If you don't want to hear any noise, don't live in an apartment! All these angry people who post nasty things on here are probably the ones who were evicted for not paying, etc. Overall, I would (and have) recommended Jefferson to anyone looking for a nice apartment, with great amenities and friendly, helpful staff! Don't let these unreasonable reviews keep you from living there.
