The staff at the Jefferson is always warm, friendly and helpful. Every maintenance request has been taken care of within 24 hours. A note is always left to let you know that the reuested maintenance had been completed. Jefferson is well maintained. Management is constantly updating the buildings to ensure that they are modern and up to date. In the six months that I have lived here, they have replaced the carpeting in all of the common areas. They have also painted the hallways. The staff periodically leave little notes letting you know that they appreciate you as a tenant. On my birthday I received a special message from the staff. It's the little extra touches that make a difference and makes it a special place to live. I would hihgly recommend the Jefferson to anyone as a great place to live.
