I've made Jefferson at Plymouth my home for over three years. I've rented in several other apartment communities and this one, without question, tops them all. I find it very sad that those renters who have apparently had to be evicted with good reason would write bad reviews of this community. Why do I say that' Because I can imagine no other reason why anyone would write a bitter or negative review. I have always been treated by staff here with the utmost respect and compassion. Even when I've been late paying my rent there were no unreasonable demands made upon me! I rarely heard noise of any kind in my apartment which donned a lovely fireplace and washer and dryer were included. When another tenant's car caught fire while parked next to mine,the staff assisted me in identifying the owner of the car so that I could file an insurance claim. My rent was reasonable (especially in view of all the amenities like huge work-out room, beautiful Grecian style pool, lovely community room with gigantic fireplace and kitchen, underground parking and beautifully landscaped property to call "home." My career is forcing me to leave Jefferson and I found it incredibly difficult to say "good-bye" to the wonderful staff here like Aimee, Patty and Jessica. I will always gratefully remember Jefferson at Plymouth as my favorite home! To anyone reading these reviews, I definitely suggest you take into consideration that sometimes people are bitter who haven't taken responsibility for their actions and sometimes react by saying things that are simply not accurate. I feel I need to respond to this add. I am not bitter because I was evicted. I am bitter because I was treated so horribly by the staff. We had difficulties with a disruptive neighbor who publicly stated he was purposely being disruptive and management refused to do anything about it. They actually renewed his lease (even after I called the police several times due to the obnoxious noise and parties.) And as for the "nice ammenities" are not so nice. They hardly ever work. The gates I would say don't work at least once or twice a month. The pool is ICE cold. Children are molested in the hot tub (if you don't beleive me I am sure there is a police report you can check out. It is public record.) I just would not recommend this place. But yes I am BITTER because now I am having to take legal action when I had to leave because I was left no other choice. I was not being protected against a purposely disruptive neighbor.
