This is by far the worst managed property I have ever lived in. I had lived in this apartment building for fiver years. When I first moved in there was a real sense of community and it felt very luxurious to me. ----- took over management during the last year and a half of my residence at Jefferson at Plymouth. I can honestly ----- the manager has let this place become anything but luxury. ----- is altogether the single most dishonest and lazy person I have ever met. She had lost complete control of her staff and her maintenance staff was rude, lazy and unresponsive. I also had conflict with the upstairs neighbor in which ----- refused to assist me with. My upstairs nieghbor was ------- From ----. When we moved into our new unit (down the hall from the original unit) we found the neighbors above us were throwing loud parties and their guests were urinating off of their porch (onto my patio) and threw beer cans into the snow. The maintenance staff refused to clean the urine off of my patio. We reported the noise to the police several times and nothing was ever done. I beleive they also renewed his lease. I also learned that ------- had gone on the air bragging about waking up my under one year old baby at four thirty in the morning to try and get us to leave because we called the cops. When this was brought to her attention ----- handed me a pamphlet from an inner city nieghbor conlfict resolution group and told me to call them. I asked her what that would do and this was her reply "Nothing probably but I don't want to deal with it" yeah, I know very luxurious, right' If you move in here the only luxury you will ever see is the maintence staff taking a long luxerious smoke break for three hours every morning and I can guarentee the maintence staff will have the best parking spots in the parking lot.
