Poor Management

Manager feels problems between residence that are usual problems(noise after 10pm etc,) included in the tenant manual are not problems she is suppose to deal with. Her solution is to call the police. The kids are not allowed to play anywhere in the complex though there is no designated play areas. Their is a small play area for smaller kids but, the sand is never cleaned and changed. You can forget about going to higher management because she always sides with the office manager. Do not tell manager anything in cinfidence because she tells residence who reported them about lease violations and things your suppose to report.
