If you kiss managers butt then your OK. Any issues or complaints that you do have she feels are not her responsiblity and tells you to call the police. The grounds are never kept up escpecially in the winter there is ice always on the fire lane and side walks, the basement are full of mildew. There is only a tiny sand box with nothing but 1 swing and some monkey bars fo the kids to play on which the sand is disgusting from smaller unspervised kids urinating and having bowel movements in. Also this is a rental property but if anything in your unit needs to be fixed 9 times out of 10 you will be held accountable for the charges which these places were built in 1981 and have never been upgraded on the inside. The managment is extremely poor she only will hear you out if you kiss her butt and if you try to go to high managment there just as bad here at Kimberly Meadows its all about getting there rent check in the mail nothing else!!!!!!!!
