It was the absolute WORST place to live. The landlord is the ----- himself and doesn't give a second thought about you... only your money. They'll suck you dry and than try and take you for whatever else they can.
Secruity deposit... don't hold your breath on getting that back. I had the tinest of spots on the floor and they charged me 80 bucks for the entire carpet in the apartment to get cleaned. There were rust stains in the toilet when i moved IN, when i moved out i was charged 70 bucks for the removal fee. Even after it was documented on paper before my move-in date.
When it comes to repairs they are completely hopeless. I had a huge whole in one of my bedrooms walls from a previous tenant that they tried to fill and plaster... whenever it would rain the wall inbetween the fill job would get wet from the leaking window and would cave in a little deeper each time, until one day it finally craked and caved in completely leaving an even bigger whole than what they started with! And believe it or not i had to pay for that to get fixed and the leaking window also!!!
Parking is a nightmare!!!! if you have friends, do them and yourself a favor by going over to their house when you get together. There are only 10 guest parking spots for all 170 tenants that live there and if you are caught without the proper sticker on your windshield you WILL get towed... even if you live there!!! not to mention the fact that the spots are located at one end of the building and if you live on the other end that is one long ass walk to the other side! DO NOT LIVE HERE.. you WILL regret it in the end!!!!!
