For the size and the price - one of the better in the area. Maintence - same day repairs with no complaints. management seems honest for the most part and seem on top of things, communicate with renters on ongoings of building (water problems, plowing, upkeep) Building is ok. older with smells and stains but nothing horrible. laundry rooms ok. No crime that has been reported and neiborhood is quiet.
