I found Manor Royal off the internet because we were moving to FL and need to find some place that would except our dog and cats. After moving in things were fine but it has been one year and we have had a number of problems. First we had our car broken into in the garage and had our radio stolen. That cost us 500.00 to fix. Then on one random night we had a stranger run into our apartment and tell us he was being shot at. Now for the past two months we have been dealing with one matinence issue after another. First we haven't had a working oven in 3 weeks, they just brought us a "new" one and it was super dirty and takes over a half hour to heat up. We had a leak in our bathroom because a pipe broke in the aparment above us. It was there for a week before it was finially fixed and then we had no hot water in our bathroom for a day because I guess he forgot to turn it on. Our carpet is horrible. It was dirty when we moved in and now with the humid air it smells all the time. It took them over 2 weeks to give us a new screen for a sliding glass door. I am just very upet over the poor managment and would like to move but with out dogs it has been impossible to find a place to live unless we buy and we don't want to do that. The maintance guy thinks he is doing you a favor all the time when he is just supposed to be doing his job and it has become absoulty rediculous and I'm very upset over all of this. Also doing laundry is almsot but impossible. They never have working dryers near by our apartment. If you can do not move here find some place else even if you have to pay a little bit more money I'm sure it would be worth it. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
