This is one of the worst places to live! If you want peace and quiet, a nice smelling place to live, clean and good management, DON'T MOVE HERE!!! It has happened to me, and other people in the building more then once, they send you either an eviction notice or intent to evict you because rent wasn't paid, but when you provide them with proof it was paid, then they realize they applied it to another account! Now why wouldn't they check for credit balances, because they are lazy and would rather threaten you. Also, when they send out notes to tentants, in the past with previous managers, the notes have always been nice and kind, but with the new people in the office, they are rude, very rude!
The hallways always stick like feet or rotten fish. The carpets are nasty! People rarely pick up their dog's waste outside! People actually write on the walls about how much they hate it here! They sent out a notice the elevator would be fixed within 7 days, and it took well over a month to fix, without any updates to the residence. A/C took forever to be turned on, so you just had to sit and roast in your apartment. Also, neighbors are so lound and the management doesn't seem to care, they might send them a notice but that it is, no affirmative action will be taken. You will constantly see new faces around this place, because people tend to move out after one year! I will be moving out of this trash pit at the end of my lease...unfortunately I have stayed here way too long, and am now fed up to the point of no belief!
If you move here, you will be sorely disappointed!
