Overall nice with some drawbacks

Good deals considering there is central air & heating and your own washer/dryer (full size) and water heater. Down fall is that even though maintenance is prompt, things don't get always get fixed. Our sink stopper has been "fixed" about a dozen times and still doesn't work properly. The dishwasher is old and doesn't clean very well. The noise isn't too bad-better than a lot of places for insulating the noise. Parking in the lot is a nightmare in the summer. People don't park in their assigned spot in the basement and then the lot fills. No assigned visitor spots and the lots are SMALL. Lighting in the parking lot is poor. One building had a problem with car break-ins in the garage 2 months in a row. The main building does not have a fitness room. Fitness rooms are mediocre, but there's a Lifetime Fitness just down the road. Great location, near everything you need. Close to post office & police station, too. Nice neighbors, clean complex. You can wash your car in the garage.
