We moved from out of state, so we were unable to view the apartment in person. We did however go on there web site and saw beautiful pictures of the outside and looked at a virtual tour of an apartment. We were vvery impressed with what we saw. When we got here, things were much different. I walked in to cob webs hanging from the ceiling and a strong mold smell. WIthin the first 3 days we were here we had a water leakage issue and there after ended up with mold on various walls. Since then we have have had mold on about 3 or 4 different occassions. Maintenance, along with maintenance management, I feel is more than inadequate and has no clue as to what they are doing. Yes they come and fix the problem but the problem always seems to come back. They are not thourough to say the least. And management approves their shoddy work. We had numerous maintenance issues when we move in, which were things that shoul've been noticed when they did the moving out walk through for the previous tenants. We got a lot of really insincere apologies from the staff. Like the previous review stated, staff is very fake and unhelpful!!!! would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
