We lived here for 3 years and hoped that it would get better but it just never did. We found many problems with the DOG building we lived in and with the non responsive staff. People did not clean up after their dogs and often I was picking up doggy doo in the hallway outside my apartment door. The staff cleaned the hallways very well but the management needed to enforce the rules better! People often were too lazy to use the garbage shoot and left their trash out side the trash shoot room door for the halls to smell up. We heard people through the floors and walls. NOT pleasant!! but again the management did not address these problems. THe "secure" underground basment doors were often in need of repair and we had many occasions where we had kids coming into the building that did not live there NOT VERY SECURE AT ALL!! I would look around in the neighborhood- there are other apartments with the same benefits that Park place offers but not as bad of a place to live.
