My main reason for not liking these apartments is the other tenants. The common areas are abused - destroyed or made dirty apparently just for fun. You can't open your windows without a barrage of noise coming in, either loud unpleasant children screaming at the top of their lungs all day or 20-somethings partying all night. Cigarette smoke seeps into my master bathroom on a daily basis on a regular basis to the point where my towels reek of it. The parking spots are extremely narrow and the same dirty cobweb has been hanging a few stalls down for the entire two years that I have been living here.
