My fiance and I lived in these apartments for six months and did NOT renew our lease. First of all, management had messed up our rent amount twice, and we were written threatened with a fine for supposedly "not paying our full rent". Both times it took at least two days for the management to clear up THEIR mistake! We live in the pet
building; no one picks up their dog waste, and it takes about a week for maintenance to clean up urine in the stairwell, in the elevators, and on the carpeting. We had to fix our "new" washer and dryer because the maintenance said nothing was wrong with it, yet it squeaks uncontrollably. Did I mention that there are police here almost three times a week' Also, the management will tow your car without warning if it has a leak or a flat tire! If you work late at night, you will not get a parking spot in the parking lot! Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

OH Come ON! Is is maintenance job to be picking up dog poop/pee? If they did that all day, then you would be complaining they weren't doing work orders fast enough. All it takes is for responable adults picking up their trash, cigarette butts, pet poop and the team would probably have more time to tend to the residents.
