I've been reading a lot of these reviews, and I really think that they were done in the adjustment period of the new owners. Since about a month after they took over we have had no problems (except for a toilet) which was fixed promptly by management. The grounds are kept nice again, and everyone I've run into has been more than friendly. I've lived in quite a few apartments around this area and this is at my top... especially for the money!
