I have lived at Park Place for 11 years and I love it. You are close to everything from shopping, restaurants, and Minneapolis (approx 12 minutes)

The entire staff is very nice and maintenance is superb. The grounds are very well kept and during the winter, they have always had the parking and walk paths plowed.

I would highly recommend Park Place It is a great place to live.

In 1996 this was a wonderful apartment complex. In 2007, the grounds are not well kept. The garage has cobwebs, mice, urine and vomit and litter from tenants. The elevators continually malfunction and are vandalized. I prefer to take the stairs because I don't want to be stuck in the elevator. My stairwell has a large hole in the wall. Residents do not abide by the no smoking signs in indoor the common areas. You rated safety a 5? There are numerous break-ins in the garage. I've been a victim of this crime. Parking is limited especially if you have 2 cars because so many residence park outside probably to avoid the crime in the garage. I can only agree that the location is convenient.
