* Management staff is very rude with residents.
* Park Place Apartment comes under Pinnacle Management but doesn't follow
Pinnacle Management Policies. Park Place follow minimum term of 6 months lease
when Pinnacle has 3 months.
* It's hard to reach Manager to discuss any problems. It's pain to deal with lower
staff.
* No security for parked cars in garage. Multiple cars have been vandalized twice
in last three months. Management did not take any responsibility.
* Last Managemtent (LBK) was very good compared with present. New management also
has introduced Lease breakage fee of $2000, which wasn't there in LBK management.

They will hide lot of things while leasing, I have taken 3 month lease but somehow they chnaged the leasing dates and it went to 4 moths.....and i went to see manger, but the Management staff is rude with residents, there is lady Assitant Leasing manager (shanon wildes) she beahaves like anything, it don't think she's fit for that position. I have a suggestion, please read and sign the documents properly while leasing otherwise you'll endup like anything.... NOT A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
