Management has towed the vehicles (50%) which are parked in outside the parkinglots without giving proper information. They given notice but, its not able to understand 50% of the people who are staying those apartments. Tow fee is $250.00 Per vehicle......this is ridiculous.........

Let's not forget the fact that there has been TWO BIG fires in two separate buildings in 3 years. Both were caused by cigarettes yet they post nothing about smoking rules or suggestions. Also, there has been 5 separate incidents of UNDERGROUND GARAGE car-break ins in the 3.5 years I've lived here THAT I KNOW OF. Our cars (with security systems) were victims 3 of those times. Your car is only safe OUTSIDE.

Not to mention that the put the towing company on all of these notices and gave you extra time to move your car beyond the time stated to do so. It's nice that the management is resealing and painting the parking lots. They had made a lot of nice improvements over the past year.

Granted, I agree that the staff is rude & they have a poor history of providing notices, this week's "towing" was well noted in the elevators, front doors, and individual apts for over a week. You have no reason to complain this time.

Call the office and ask Mary what happened with that, don't be posting stuff on here until you have talked to the property manager...maybe she'll let you walk in her shoes for a day and you can see how "easy" her job is.
