I am in a similar business and living here at Park Place. I've noticed that the upkeep of these apartments is not great. For the amount we pay to live here, I expect to doggy-bags to always be stocked, the hallways, elevators, and lobbies kept clean, and the management staff to be pleasant and nice. None of these things are consistently done. Customer service is definitely not the number one priority of this staff. Don't they know that in order to prevent a high turnover rate, the residents have to like you''' Overall, I'd say that the amenities here are superb, but the leasing agents would say anything to get one to move in here...even if it's against the Fair Housing Act! I know because I made sure to ask!
