I have lived at Park Place for over a year now, and I have to say that since their management changed, they have become less friendly and more annoying.

They used to changed air filters and detector batteries every 6 months, and now you must goto the main office to get the supplies to do it your self. Maintenance used to be here within hours and get stuff done with a sense of urgency, now they seem to take longer, although still appear to know what they are doing.

They do plan on adding an indoor recreational facility, which will be nice. But aside from that, I feel like the staff here does not treat the residents with the respect we once had.

I would like to add that you will want a 3rd floor apartment here. The ceilings are paper thin and if you have a family living above with with children like I do, you will regret not putting the extra money on the 3rd floor spot.
