I am not one to complain about my apartment-it's a rental after all and there's bound to be hang-ups. However, I'm astounded at the management team's lackadaisical approach to their tenant concerns. First of all, my building is NOT secure. A door to the heated garage is ALWAYS open (even with repeated requests to the office), and once inside the garage there are no other locked doors to the stairwells. I've had repeated damage done to my vehicle, with little to no concern from staff. No parking spaces are monitored, which results in a free-for-all, not to mention the vehicles that simply pull up against a wall and park illegally (which is a real treat when you're trying to get out of your parking space in the morning). Grills are haphazardly "tossed" off of balconies and left to freeze in the snow. If you're looking for a nice Plymouth apt complex that has dog-friendly buildings go to PARK PLACE! I used to live there. Their management is WONDERFUL! I would also be there now if they had any open apartments when I was looking!
