I moved into Park Place right before they were changing to "better" management. I would say it went way way down hill. They dont care about the residents all they care about is the money. The priorites are backwards, people fell unsafe because there is no security what so ever. For what we pay we should be getting a little more. Granted the new club house is going up but the way they run this place it probably will cost you money to get in. The manager is, to keep it nice stuck up and irresponsible. Remember to keep it nice. If i were you and reading this dont make the same mistake i did and move in here. Trust me expand your searches well past here. They take the fair housing act to a new level as well. Better lighting in the garages would be nice as well as video cameras throughout the buildings. I just wish that they would live up to what they said they would when we signed our lease. STAY OUT!! They also dont have visitor parking. I came home one night and i had to park 5 minutes away from my building because someone had friends over.

I lived there before the management change and after. After the new ownership, the staff (including managers) had an extremely high turn over rate. Almost every time I called, the manager had a new name and face. Every time I had to go into the office, there was an new employee in there who was little to no help because it appeared to be her first week.
