I have lived at Park Place for 2 years now and It is by far the nicest apartment community I have lived in. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the grounds are very well kept. They just built a new club house with a workout room that is GREAT!! The apartment layout is really nice and spacious and I never hear my neighbors. My only complaint is that the kitchen is small but most apartment kitchens are. I would definitely recommend living here.

I find it awfully convenient that all of a sudden after MONTHS of no reviews, suddenly all these glowing reviews are popping up left and right. Nice gimmeck, Park Place staff!
