Renewal rates are fantastically brutalizing ($130 increase) with blackout dates for renewing. I suspect some of these reviews are phony and by affiliated parties.

I believe you must have the wrong apartment community or there is an error in your renewal invitation. We have not increased anyone to that extreme or have block out dates on renewals. Please contact Mary at the office to clarify your concern. Thank you, Mary Rud, Manager
