Directions for the Leasing Office staff at Park Place: 1. Unlock office 2. Turn on computers 3. Fix coffee 4. Post a glowing review for the property on Apartmentratings.com (be sure to include the great location, amenities, and new clubhouse). It sure seems that way at least. I looked at these apartments and I found the halls dark and dingy and also kind of smelly. Definitely NOT worth the price they want. I live at one of their competitors. It's a newer complex, cleaner, and the rent is lower. Also, if this is such a great place why do I keep getting ads for them at my apartment' They must have a lot of vacancies or something. I don't get any fliers from ANY other complex in Plymouth.
