Excellent pet policy but not much else of value in these. New management company is lax about security, tenant safety, keeping up the grounds, etc. You pay a lot and get little in return. Resident 2 years because one of few places that allow large dogs when I moved in. That has changed in a lot of suburbs now, but management company believes it enables them to charge more. Expect to pay $130/sqft -- other suburbs now charging $80-100/sqft AND allow two large dogs.
