The leasing Manager is rude and selfish. She cuts residents off when they are talking to the other staff and demands her staff talk to her. This happens every time I have came in to talk to leasing staff. The Maintenance people are aweful and the only thing they seem to know how to do is wash their own cars. The light fixtures have been burnt out in several buildings for many months and they do nothing about it. The appliances are very old and obsolete. The pools have green water in them and ducks are swimming in them. Raised rent without notice. Rent is allready too high. Ventilation in the bathrooms and above the cooking range dont even work.
They dont't pay for any utilities you are on your own if you live here. Any good reviews of this place were probably written by the staff themselves.
