I lived there for two years and liked it for the most part except for all of the maintenance problems. I came home one Sunday night at about 7 and my front door spontaneously exploded and then was stuck open about a foot so I called the maintenance emergency line 3 times in 3 hours until they finally called me back-as soon as the football game was over. Being a young girl in a nonsecure building with 2 cats, it's not as if I could just let it wait until morning. I had to have a family member come out, take the door off and put about 30 screws in it to hold it together for the night so I could shut it. It took them about 3 weeks and 3 doors later to finally get one that would fit, and then there was about a 2" gap on the bottom of the door. Washer broke- took over a week to get one that was working. Mold growing in bathroom- they came to see it after calling a couple times but never did a thing about it. Burnt out lights at the top of the stairs where I lived, never replaced, called several times. Some type of alarm would go off in our hallway at night all the time and wake you up- this would last for hours. Installed new garage door openers and left the old one laying in the middle of the garage- never came to get it, I finally walked it down and set it outside the office door. Plus, they never informed me I had a new garage door opener installed when I went down to say my opener no longer worked. Screwed up my water bill for 6 months and kept trying to charge me for what I'd already paid, promised me every month it would be taken care of and acted like they knew nothing about it each month. Windows are really bad, it's freezing in there so expect your gas bill to be high cause you'll need to crank the heat to sleep at night. When I lived there, the manager was a total snot. Unless they've got new maintenance, expect to have problems.

I am the manager. Not sure who this is either. Have had new management staff in place since 2005 with great maintenance staff that take care of work orders immediately to 24 hours. Old maintenance was pretty bad three years ago and new staff is great.
