This place was a nightmare! When I moved in they told me that the airconditioning was running really loud and that the maintnence would be coming to fix it, they never did! I called and called and it never got fixed. It is so loud in the building you can here everyone. People would be outside on there decks yelling and talking really loud at 3 in the morning and management never did anything about it. Not that they would care, I lived above one of the managers and she watched tv all night with her loud surround sound on and I could never get any sleep. The place is all old and run down. It needs some updating. There is always some kind of construction going on. They dug a 10 foot hole right in front of my garage and didn't even give me any warning!!! I couldn't go to work because my car was stuck in the garage!! and during all the construction they had all there big dumpsters and equipment parked in our parking spots and didn't leave any room for us to park. They told us that we could park at the park across the street, but we don't pay that much money to walk 2 blocks in the bad neighborhood in the middle of the night to park our car! The buildings weren't secured at all, anyone could walk right in and they don't have the best people living accross the street! One night someone came in and pounded on my door like they were trying to break in. It's not safe at all! Prices are way to high and after your year lease is up expect to pay at least $350 more! oh and the bugs were horrible, lots of huge spiders and ants! It was the worst place to live. You'll be better off spending your money elsewhere!!! trust me

Is this Chelsea? I'm the Property Manager. I apologize for your bad experience. The a/c shouldn't be loud, it's central air. The noise was the apartment above you one night and we took care of that by contacting them about it after you notified us. You were on the 1st floor and I live in a house so not sure what you mean about management being loud. Construction happened in front of your building for 2 weeks and those who had a garage were given a credit for not being able to use it. Vendors and maintenance helped anyone immediately who needed assistance. We don't have any problems with the property across the street, one was from kids using our pool and we spoke to their mgmt and it didn't happen again. The park is beautiful and trails on the lake are great across the street. You never had a renewal increase and anyone that did was nominal, anything over $100 is unheard of. We also have monthly pest control outdoors so bugs are never in apartments. As you had a walk-out patio on the pond, bugs may be outside at times. Again, I'm sorry for your feelings on your experience with us. We will take care of any concern residents bring to our attention.
