Do Not Live Here!!!

Parker's Lake Apartments are run by the most incompetent group of individuals I have ever met!!!!!
Our apartment flooded (#402) only a month after we moved in. They took approximately 3 weeks to clean it up in order for us to move back in. Note- they did not replace the carpet, walls, or molding even though there were 4 inches of standing water in the place!! Luckily our parents graciously took us back in or we would have been out on the street. We indicated that we did not feel that it was fair to pay the full month's rent that month since we could not live or keep our belongings in our apartment for those 3 weeks to which the Property Manager (a cold and heartless person) replied that she had done more than enough for us and that renter's insurance would pay our rent if we couldn't live there.
Upon moving out, we provided our new addresses, but the front desk girl was more interested in flirting than taking our new address information correctly, so my damage deposit was mailed out to the wrong address. I was told to track it down myself.
DO NOT LIVE HERE or you will be miserable. I can honestly say it was the worst experience of my life and I strongly encourage you to re-think your decision if you are thikning of moving to such a horrible place!!!!!!!

Is this Alyssa? Hi. I'm the property manager and I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. You never came to me about rent off for the flood. It happened with a fluke of your new washer line breaking (defect). You told me you were going to be out of town for the week and to not worry about it so I didn't offer a hotel option. And Katherine said she could stay with her parents. Our vendors cleaned your apartment and moved all the furniture to the empty apt. next door for you. It didn't take 3 weeks. The professionals checked your walls and restored the new carpet. They said it was great. Katherine called because the deposit check went to her. She was told to contact you to sign for her half. I hope everything is going well with your new house and I apologize for the bad experience. To all residents and prospects, if we hear about your concerns, we will act on them for you.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! hi miss property manager.. shouldnt you be handling peoples concerns rather than being on the internet writting to annoyomous reports people have wrotten on here? TO EVERYONE that rents here.. just remember.. all the entries on here are true. what would be the reason for coming on here and reporting falsly? there is no reward? you dont get a free gift card, or money.. you stat your expericance because that is what this website is for!! parkers lake seems to think that this website is horrible and fake.. well why would soemone think up something like this in the first place? give it up.. just sell your stupid apartment complex to someone who will take care of it.. because YOU SUCK AT IT KARIE! you dumb -----!
