I have been living at Parker's Lake for 3 years. During that time I found the management, facilities and grounds to be incredible. Granted there are hiccups like any complex of this size would have. But the management team is personally-focused and sincerely concerned about each of the tenants. They have worked effortlessly to help me with any difficulties I have faced in my time, and if there was to be a delay or interuption with any snag, they have communicated openly and honestly about the circumstance. I would definitely recommend living here and caution anyone reading these reviews to check Parker's Lake out for yourself and know that complainers are often more likely to verbalize than those who are very happy - but that doesn't mean this isn't a great place to live!

WOW! the office staff of parkers lake is soooo pathetic they need to come on here and write a fake ass review! im sure all the people who come here.. besides you of course.. do have personal experiances that they come on here to share.. it is not just verbalizing about not being happy.. that doesnt even make any sense! parkers lake needs major phcyitioc help!

Parkers Lake is great overall. The management staff is friendly and understanding. The only problem is the business center. Computers rarely work. Kids come in without supervision. Downstreet kid named Abdi always crosses the street, breaks into the business center (I mean by forcing the door), and starts watching porn! I don't even know if he is 16 yet! These computers are supposed to have a filter for the sake of our children but they don't or if they do little Abdi has some ways around. This really bugs me. Other than that, the place is awsome and it looks like they are remodeling quite a bit, so the future could be even better.
