Friends,

Don't get ripped off by the property manager. Initially she will offer for good move in specials. Then once your renewal is due, she will show her true colors. Druing the move out don't expect your deposit back. She will try to find reasons to reemeberse the deposit and try to impose some more penalities not you are deserved for it.

maybe becuase you are the worst person ever! parkers lake is a disaster and you cant fix this place with a pretty pool. i know from personal experiance a couple years ago, dealing with the stupid office staff and that women KARI who calls herself manager.. HA! this place sucks. get over it. maybe you should think before you treat people so badly and try to rip them off.. if you didnt read the post it did say that you tried to charge for things you shoudlnt have.. what makes you think coming on here and proving his point.. that you are trying to pin damages on them.. would make any differance or show in any way he was wrong.. you are making yourself look stupid.. why wouldnt you have filed a stalking complaint where it would have made a differance like a police department.. instead you choose to file that complaint on apartment ratings.com.. haha.. it just goes to show how fooney and stupid the staff at parkers lake is!

I would have to agree with the awful management!!! They have been nothing but rude, unfriendly and absolutely the furtherest from helpful from the moment they had my signature. I am still in my lease at these apartments and I love the location. It is way over priced for what I am paying for but I can get over that. The issue I can not get past is the unbelievable management I don't understand how people can wake up in the morning and want to live when they are so cold and brutely unpleasant.

oh, the staff is a possible issue, but what about no microwaves, roads arent cleaned during winter, apartments across the street has fights and drug deals that always end up here, and not to mention how a ENTIRE building BURNED DOWN because of the lack of fire sprinklers, and how old and litterally falling apart the place is very overpriced. Don't move here.
