I miss Parker's Lake!

I have moved to Saint Paul and miss all of the great amenities PL provided for the price:
- Dishwasher
- In-home washing machine/dryer
- Feel safe walking at night-time alone (Parker's Lake is just a block away!)
- Staff who are friendly and attentive to needs
- BALCONY
- Grilling area
- Grassy areas w/picnic benches
