I have to agree with all the negative reviews. Living at Parkside was initially very pleasant. Now I have to live with endless 'thumping' music from my neighbor above, day and night. There is supposed to be a 10.00 o'clock quiet time, but they play loud music until midnight and after. Complaining does nothing. Management do nothing. Management say call the police. When you do nothing happens. The apt above also has several kids who are constantly banging doors, screaming. They play right outside my balcony during the day screaming and making my life a misery. The managment do nothing. The constant barking of dogs and the horrible smell of poop everywhere has made this place very undesirable. I've asked for a move to a different apartment, but they are reluctant to move me because I guess they're afraid no-one else will take my apartment with all the screaming, music, and noise from above.
I am in the block they call the dog & kid block. Make sure you avoid this block at all costs!
Vick.

I couldn't agree more. This is one of the worst places I've ever lived due to the management and how they deal with problems. It's just horrible. I know of at least 2-3 other people in my building who are moving because of this place.

Sounds like you have more of an issue with your neighbors than the place it's self. Also an apartment you live in you are most likely to have issues with children or pets. If you hate this so much here is a suggestion.....Buy a house
