The Bad: I've been here for several years, and it has recently gotten to be the worst place I've lived in for noisy neighbors. Complaining to the office management team, they don't do anything about it and tell you basically you have to deal with the noise yourself by calling the police to report your neighbors. What the heck do we have a management team for'' Big thumbs down for me! You MUST like dogs and especially dogs barking. Garage areas (near trash containers) often messy and smelly. Lastly, there is definitely a feeling of being patronized when you make a complaint. There does seem to be a high turnaround of residents too!

The Good: Beautiful scenery, great walks. Underground parking (if you don't mind a few 'dings' occasionally). Easy access to all amenities and shops. Handy for access to all major highways.

Conclusion: I would not personally recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a settled, peaceful living environment. On the other hand if you have a bunch of noisy kids, pets, and don't mind living with the same, it is a great place to live.

I think you must've lived in a different building then us...we never had a problem with noise at all! It's been quieter than when we owned our own home. We lived in "C" facing the park. As far as the garbage areas...the compactor area is in a locked room, and the smell is only a bit ripe in the summer months and you are in very close proximity (like when you walk right by it, on your way to the recycling bins. :)

I agree wholeheartedly. The bins are revolting and the noise is unbelievable. The office tells you it is a "neighbor-dispute" even when your neighbors are booming their music until 3 AM or threatening to "kick you a**" for daring to ask them to turn the music down because they woke your baby up. The office refuses to do anything about the people who cause problems and I know of at least 3 other apartments who intend on moving.
