Good buildings, maintenance and location.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Lived there two years. Maintenance and cleaning were good. Things were always fixed and clean.

You can tell maintenance and cleaning care about the job they leave behind. Halls and grounds are clean, bulbs changed, holes fixed, carpets holes usually fixed within a week. They know what a full days work is.

Good buildings, good location.
