The Place is falling apart!

My boyfriend lives there because he can't afford to move. He has problem after problem with the apartment and the staff is rude. And it is certainly falling apart. The shower tile keeps caving in, which makes it impossible to to take a shower at his place for days at a time, one of his neighbors had their ceiling keep caving in because there was a leak in the apartment above, and it kept happening over and over.
The Place is old, falling apart and poorly maintained by people who are often rude. Unless you can't afford something else, avoid it!
