Please whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have lived at the place apartments for about a year and half and have had nothin but problems from Anna(the manager) and Jessica(the dirty caretaker). Jessica likes to call the police on black people to try and have them arrested for tresspassing. She did it to me 3 times because she didn't like my company. Her and Anna work together so don't trust either of them. Anna lets the caretaker get away with anything and she's the one who needs to be evicted. The caretaker does a horrible job with cleaning the common areas, she has 4 vehicles on the premises (without stickers) and everyone else can only have one or two, and the vehicle in the garage leaks gas all day long, which is endangering everyones lives, but when I called management do you think they towed her car' NO! Also the caretaker and her husband do drugs and when management was told about it they said we were lieing. Another thing, everyone who is friends with the caretaker works for her. There all spys, I caught the caretaker listening at my door and she got caught on my patio tryin to look through my blinds. Do think managaement believed me' ABSOLUTELY NOT!! The people at The Place Apartments can all kiss my a$$ and I'm so happy that they didn't renew my lease, I can't wait to get the hell away from all those nosy a$$ people with no lives. And I don't have to worry about my car getting broken into any more in the garage that floods whent it rains. Once again DO NOT MOVE HERE, CUZ THEY WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO TRY AND MAKE YOU JUST AS MISERABLE AS THEY ARE.

this is a note from the former caretaker i know who this resident is and he is a drug addict and was asked to leave and was freeloading off his girlfriend and abusive and vocal when he used drugs all the time. he must of been paranoid from all the drugs. non stop he would use carpet freshner in front of his door to try to take away the smell i tried to help him but could not. he is a lost soul rating at zero
