Where do we protest''

If anyone would of warned me I don't think it would of mattered. The management has that sort of fake nice with an "evil" attitude. Where do we begin, lets just say I've lived here for a long time now, and have run accross about 15 tenants that are willing to create a petition to get rid of the management. If only it was that easy. From what I've heard the owner of the building bought out so many properties that have gone down hill they really don't give a crap about this building. The old managament was wonderful and it was a joy living here..the new managament is like living in another countries prison. Theres chicken bones in the hall for weeks, broken glass, leaking water everywhere, broken down laundry machines that over flow and dont spin. The management was once screaming in half another language at a resident because the management couldn't understand what the resident was saying.
:( The residents here are great, but there has to be someone that's getting a cut from the towing company. You can only park in designated "Guest" parking that has a sign which is every other parking spot in some places and in others in a little row. So you assume that its in one place but really they put them in random spots so they can tow unsuspecting friends. If your a resident you need a special sticker for parking in your garage parking spot, so if you park your car with the yellow sticker on the inside instead of the one with the blue sticker, they can tow it from the garage!!! If you park your car with the yellow sticker in a guest parking spot they can tow your car, or blue sticker for that matter'''' Make sense.. who knows' Don't be fooled by the park ad- the park has boards with nails in it laying in the sand/weed-grass and theres some pole that sticks out of the middle of it with a big sharp broken plastic peice of who knows what on it. The head manager demanded some random person in the hallway one time to pick up garbage a few months ago. As I'm typing this the power just shut off and on again for the third time today. Fire trucks come here with severly loud alarms, but we get no warning on whats happening. I was recently told that residents are now fined $25 if there garbage gets stuck in the shute, supposedly they are making residents sign a form that you have to sign before you can move in that allows the maintenance people to dig through your garbage to find your mail and prove your garbage was stuck in the shute. You have to pay a water bill every month, yet the washing machine is $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry.. the washers and dryers are from when the machines where first invented! Whew...oh and the pet rent .. since my cat has a job and everything'! It takes months for the maintanance to actually fix anything and when some of my neighbors moved in there apartments where filthy. Plus they paint everything with regular paint..including the kitchen drawers and cabinets,vents...EVERYTHING. Plus everyone that lives here has a huge difference in the ammount of rent they pay.. the people that seemed to have lived here the longest have the highest rent and the worst carpet/appliances. Theres also nails and random broken objects alllll over outside. Plus theres this huge hole in the back of the 3905 building with a cone next to it for over a year now' I've seen kids jumping in and out of it'' It has a huge pipe in it''' WHY' I've also heard that there was a gas leak without any notice to us residents at one point last year'
