My roommate and I have been living at the place apartments for about a year now. From the moment we moved in we have had problems. One of the managers harassed my sister-in-law one day when she was with her 5 year old daughter. They had come over to swim for the day with me, and when they were walking to their car the manager was pacing behind their car waiting for them to get there. Then rudely asked, "DO you live here'" my sister in law said no, we were visiting a relative. then the manager rudely said "well what were you doing swimming in our pool'!" That is just one of the tiniest problems I have had. The water pipes are just a disaster here. THe water is shut off in the apartments so many times I can't even count. The management does not give you any warning, they just turn it off. It is usally off between 20-60 minutes, sometimes longer and more than once in a day. I work nights so when I get up in the morning I am usually showering around 11 or noon. It has been shut off so many times when Im full of shampoo, and when I call down and ask what is wrong, all they say is, Well...we try to fix the problem when Most people are at work. Well, If the water is being turned off so many times because they didnt fix it right the first time, Maybe they should hire a real plumber so It doesnt need to be turned off every week!!! If you look at the pictures I posted, those are from my bathroom shower. They fell off one day, mid-shower, right onto my feet. It smelt so bad like mold I had to run through my apartment into my roomates bathroom and finish showering there. It took maitenace TWO WEEKS to come and fix it, so yes we were smelling mold that whole time. And all they did to fix it was cover it up with different tiles. Im pretty sure if I called the health department they wouldn't approve of that. There is still mold behind the tiles!! lets see...I just have so much more...Oh ya, well I have a garage stall and one night when I got home from work at about 1am, there was a car parked right in front of my parking spot and my neighbors so I sat there for an hour waiting for soemone to come and move their damn car, but no one came so someone told me just to park outside. But I said No, I am not paying for my car to get towed because some dumb ---- parked in the middle of the garage. They said No you arent going to get towed, we told the tow truck company not to tow anyone with a sticker. So I did. The next morning when I went to leave my car was facing the opposite direction. So that means the had to DRAG my car to tow it, then they must have returned it. They could have really F-ed up my car!
I would also like to add that the washer and rooms are just ridiculouls! We pay $1.25 for the wash and $1.25 for the dry...but half the time you have rewash or redry because they wont work the first time...so you end up paying $5.00 for one load of laundry. Its so messed up, especially since we are paying for water every month..!!
Also, don't let the sauna get you excited, because its disgusting. All the tiles are falling off the edges by the stove and they never cleaned it up. the tiles are just all over the floor.
The fitness center is probably from the 60's or 70's. One day my roommate tried using some of the equipment and the bar fell on her back, before she started to use it!
I wish I would have seen this site before I moved in here, Its the worst aparment complex I have ever lived in.

The place apts. are the slum lords and need to be torn down and the cleaning people suck. Do they ever clean? they need a whole new system of doing things around there

Where are the pictures? I have so much mold that it is rediculous! Not to mention unhealthy! all they do is cover it up, and not actually fix it. You walk down the halls and you can see where the walls are rotting. In the last 6 months there have been more than 7 times that the fire alarms have gone off. I quit counting at 7. Most people just go sit on their decks until the FD decides to show up. It always happens late at night too. I have also had problems with the garages I couldnt come home 2 nights in a row because the person who shares my spot wasnt on his side so I couldnt get in. I was not going to park in the lot and get towed for $240 thats for sure.
