Yes, it is a garage and may not be spotless but there is no excuse not to keep it clean

We have rights and they don't care.

Enjoy such amenities as a clubhouse, exercise facilities, and pet friendly services. Our on-site management will meet your needs in a friendly and efficient manner. Let The Place Apartments be your new home. Garages are available. Heat and Underground Parking Included! Short Term Leases Available on Select Units." This is what is posted on Rent.com.

There are no pet friendly services, management does not live on site though the office is in the "clubhouse," they are far from friendly and efficient. They will tell you that every apartment gets one spot in underground parking. You HAVE to park there or you will be towed from the lot for $240 to north Minneapolis. They also say that it is free....but then when you go to sign the lease they charge you $40 a month for the garage. How is that free'''
