I have live here for over 5 years. I have underground parking, but my car was broken into once. Glass everywhere. All they took was my garage opener. So, I had to pay to get a replacement. That was frustrating.
Very few kids when I moved in, now there are tons of kids. Playing in the halls, making messes. Noisy outside. But, I have never had any problems with my walkout patio. No theft.
The previous owners were a lot nicer and knowledgable. But the new management is a joke. They are frustrating to deal with. I avoid going to the office unless I have to pick up a package. I have a hard time understanding the rental agent due to her accent. They make changes to the lease and we never get notified. Example: They had month to month, then they changed it to 6 or 12 month lease only. Now they have it where you do not get your deposit back at all. Now, the deposit is considered "the cleaning fee". Even if you leave your apt. clean. So ,when I move out someday, I will have to pay them 50.00 first to cover that cleaning fee. And not get my deposit back. We should be notified of any changes like these. When you go to sign your new lease, you are unaware of these changes. Personally, I would like prior notification because I may want to move some place else that does not have that stupid cleaning fee thing. In general, I have liked my apt. Just not the management.

the worst manager hands down I have ever worked with. They are unethical, lazy, combative, and manipulative.

I can't believe that they took your garage door opener and management didn't re-code ALL of them. Now someone, somewhere has anytime access to that building.

The Place is so ----ed up trust me even the ----'n owner isn't fair. He kisses ass to other people that live there so that they don't move out but as for his rental staff he treats them like ----. He's ----'n all about MONEY not the lives of others. He's so damn cheap that he can't even put money into getting new windows put in or kitchen appliances never ever rent their who the ---- charges for a redecoration fee what a ----ed up man and yes I said THE PLACE IS ----ED UP!
